IRIS (Include, Respect, I Self-Direct)
Focus Counseling works with clients enrolled in the IRIS program, a self-directed program for Wisconsin’s frail elders and adults with disabilities. Focus providers offer supportive care services in the home and in the community to these participants.
You have to be eligible for Medicaid to be in the IRIS program.
